Poor services by network company what action can I take

I am using my airtel postpaid number from 20th Feb 2016, but since activation of the number i am unable to send sms, recieve sms and even incoming calls...in simple except out going calls i am unable to use other services...i have loged complaints so many time to customer care, nodal officer and appellet authority but they are just wasting my time...what should i do now?

You can make a written complaint to the company about the false representation about the specifications of the product and ask for a refund. If they don’t response to your complain then you can send a legal notice to the company's concerned department. As a last resort you can lodge a complaint before jurisdictional consumer disputes redressal forum for refund and damages.
