Please confirm the validity of the degree of my course.

Sir, UGC cancelled it's approval for Distance education approval for certain universities including Annamalai University, Tamilnadu from 2015-16 onwards. On this Annamalai University approached Madras HC and HC stayed this order and allowed University to admit students subject to the final proceedings. The case is still in pending. I took admission in 2016, as the stay on UGC's order is still continuing , Is my Degree valid? I would be very thankful if you provide this information.
Your Degree is valid as the University got stay order. Since the court it self mentioned in orders to allow students admission. So there is no problem expecting in future. All distance education courses must be approved with DEB also.
