Photographer not giving wedding pictures and threatening to file case

Sir,I had gave my brother marriage order to outdoor photograper.I contact many times but no response. I went to home alot of time but no response.up to now 8months completed no video.wen I ask him the video he was involving ladies in this.he said me that if you ll com to home I ll put ladies case on you.tell me sir what should I do.
You can approach local police station . You can mention that he may be misusing these video and pictures also mention that he is threatening. You can file cheating case also. Try to resolve the issue internally.
