Phone insured but the insurance company delaying claim what to do

My phn met with an acccident and it is insured by syska company i had sent into compnay and claim is also approved by them whenever i called them they said ur payment is in process plz wait for somedays to trasfer in ur account i heard it from last 3 mnth plzz help me. Plzz sugesst me what should i do next

you should send them a legal notice at the very first instance and subsequent to that if they do not reply we can file a recovery suit after 15 days from sending the notice. Rest you can contact me to discuss further.

Telephone companies these days are in usual practice of selling defective/cheap products and whenever the customer demands the facilities under the guarantee, they do nothing more than putting him on one pretext or the other and. A number of judgments have been quoted by the various consumer forums and commissions asking the companies to give full refund of the customer's money along with heavy penalties. It would be best to send a legal notice to the company through an advocate demanding the product and if it does not help, then immediately approach the consumer forum for relief.
