Parking issue in co-operative society what can be done

i am care taker of flat but society does not allow me to park my car in premises they says its only for owners , i asked them for document regarding this policy in society but they didn't show me, what should i do ?

Dear Sir,

First you need to clarify your exact roll as a care taker for that flat,

lf you are the tenant of flat & if there is leave & licence agreement between you & owner then you have a right to use that premises if such provision in agreement.

If you are only a simple care taker not a tenant then you may request to owner for give instructions to society chairman for provide you parking premises.
