Parking allotment letter not issued by builder

I have purchased 2 bhk flat in aggrement parking is allotted .As per our sanctioned plan 17 parking .But builder issued 23 nos by making additional parking at corner so in one corner there r 2 member s .But still I agreed with common parking .Now issue is I have no allotment letter from builder & my common member not aggreed to parking my vehicle .He occupied whole corner . Now what to do .I have cleared by my all payments.bulder not respond.i am struggling for parking

you can file a complaint in co-operative court also you can send a letter to the society in case if society is formed or else you can directly write a letter to the builder for providing you parking space. if nothing seems to work the you can approach consumer court against the said builder.
