Parcel wrongly delivered and company blaming me for missing contents

I ordered a pc cabinet from a local company in mumbai, but accidently i received wrong parcel which receipt of 40000/-rs (also pc related items) , and my order went to someone else, i accidently opened the parcel as i had signed the papers provided by bluedart for sum of 4800/- , now that i have returned the parcel and the other guy also have returned my product, now today i received a call from the local provider that some items are missing from the other guy parcel, they think i took it which i didnt they havent taken any action but what should i do now

You should write/speak to the vendor you ordered the product from and clarify about the situation you faced. He will have to check with other purchaser and then get back to you. You need to convince him regarding the same as well in case of any problem being created by vendor
