Paid advance for booking but but builder is not returning now

I have made a advance payment of Rs.50k to san city as a plot booking advance as per the terms and condition on the slip they have not mentioned the refund clause against the cancellation but now they are telling 45 days however this is also over now to day so please tell me what further how I can take complaint against the same and where.............. I have email and phone communications on the same from Nov-15 to till date Thanks
You can send them a legal notice thereby asking them to provide terms and condition and seek recovery from them , If they fail to make recovery then you can file a consumer case against them
