Packers and Movers not delivering the goods blackmailing to pay more

Packers and Movers were supposed to deliver our goods from Delhi to Mumbai. we had a deal done for 10k. now they are not delivering the goods and saying that pay us 25k more else we wont deliver the goods to you. police is also not taking any action. what can we do now
Dear client u have to send legal notice through lawyer to company for delivery of goods. If company will not deliver goods after serving notice then have to file case in consumer court. For any legal help call me

If you have got proofs about your dealings of 10K than engage a advocate and issue legal notice to packers and movers and if after receiving legal notice they don't response positively than file complaint in consumer forum asking for suitable relief and compensation from packers and movers.
