You have to approach the Consumer Forum with a complaint claiming compensation for the damage and loss caused to you by the service provider by using unethical practice and deficiency in service. You should have proper documents to prove your case.

Consult us issue an legal notice to the Airtel first by stating the credit limit and your usage etc and the blunder committed by them and procure all the documentary proof to show their violation if they have breached their own terms and conditions. After sending legal notice you have to wait for their reply and if they deny in reply notice also then you can file a complaint against them at concerned Tribunal by seeking justice.
