Ordered tv online but still not received delivery

We ordered Sony 50inch TV in shopclus on 14.1.16 and paid R's.75900 online. The delivery date was 28.1.16. But the items not yet delivered. When asked shopclus person they are telling wait for 48 hours every time for the past 8 days but not taking action to deliver the item. Please suggest us what to proceed further

You may approach the District Consumer Forum for deficiency in service asking for either refund of the amount with compensation or for delivery with compensation. Make sure you have the payment details/receipt with you.

This is deficency in services on the part of the company. So we can file a consumer complaint under section 12 of consumer protection act. But still before filing we can give a notice to the company giving them 7 days notice period for making the delivery of the item.

Hello,
After learning about your problem for extreme late delivery.I have understood that company might have run out of comodity and thats why they are keeping you on wait.
I would suggest you to once drop an email on their customer care email, i.e. [email protected].
Company claims to respond within 24 hours, this is to keep an authenticated record.
I would suggest you to innitiate this step and request if you can email the same to me.
Hope the same is in order.
