Ordered jeggings online seller not returning the product

I ordered 3 pair jeggings online. But I found very bad quality bad fitting & bad packing when I asked for refund they r not ready for refund saying that there is no refund policy.
Hi, in most of the online sites they donot refund the money for the goods once you buy from them. But you may put an email to their customer id they will exchange your goods.
