Opposite party not refunding my amount after cancellation of service

I have cancelled my hair transplantation procedure due to lack of fitness and the other party approved my refund in December 2016. But not refunded till now. Can I sue them?

You are the customer and also a consumer. As you informed, the service provided by the other party is not in proper way and he had also promised to repay the amount. Please go and file the Consumer case if you want to proceed with.
