Online company not refunding my money for non delivery of a product

I have been following with a online company for refund on product not delivered. But they can't produce product delivery proof and nor accepting that product was not delivered
Have your already made payment for the product which was not delivered to you? It is necessary to first raise your query on their site. wait for them to give you reply. Even after that they don't pay any heed to your requisition then send the legal notice through an Advocate and rely upon the bank statement. Thereafter you can file a Complaint before Consumer Forum.
