Ola driver made me miss my flight what action can i take against them

We booked an ola cab in mumbai at 9;07 am to airport, he took an long route to earn some extra money i have route map of the same for proof and he made us reach at 10;50 am at domestic terminal, i asked him to drop me at international airport when i sat in the cab my flight was scheduled for 11;35 am ,and i missed my flight because of the long route,distance between my location and airport was 10 km and total route he took was 22 km ,i had to book flights because my father is patient which costed me 51 thousand rs , i want to sue the company but i came to jaipur its impossible to go to mumbai

You should immediately give a stern legal notice through an Advocate to the Company and seek public apology, compensation and action against the concerned Driver. If your grievance is not ventilated through a notice, you can file a consumer case for unfair trade practice, deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act. But as the incident happened in Mumbai the case has to be filed there however the legal notice can be sent from anywhere.
