Not received PGDM Degree from College due fee issue what to do

15-Feb-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)

I had enrolled in PGDM Course session 2010-12, fee was 5.2 Lakh and hostel fee was 1 lakh. I had submitted entire fee except of Rs. 50 thousand, as i could not effort due amount, college did not allowed me to sit in final term exam of PGDM. Now i am able to pay the due amount , college management refusing to provide me final degree of PGDM. they are saying it passed 5 years. Now they will not give degree. In final year of course we suffered from sudden financial crisis so i could not submitted Rs. 50 thousand that time but now i have arranged the due fee.

You must lodge a police complaint along with a complaint to UGC raising the issues which you have faced due to the shortage of only Rs. 50,000/- you are also at liberty to write to Smriti Irani cc'd to PMO, but do this all immediately. For the rest course of action you are free to contact me anytime. Thanks

Hi,
It is very sad to know. But what the policy of college or university say regarding it? You need to confirm the same and after that you may approach the court of law for appearing in final examination and getting the degree.
