Not received payments since two years from dealer

I have supplied two years back, medical consumables to a dealer in Princess st. I have my Invoice where his acceptance is there.On phoning says he will pay but does not pay.Amount is Rs:46000/- aprox. Please advise.
You may send a legal notice to the concerned department of the Company and if you don't receive any reply from the company, you can lodge a consumer complaint before the jurisdictional Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum for claim of your amount with interest.
Please keep a copy of invoice with you.
