10-Feb-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)

Its going to be 2 years I passed out from the college,i.e in 2015 July, but still the college administration has not refunded our money, not to any of students of my batch. They are delaying it saying it is in process. The amount is 5000 INR. Hope to hear from you soon.

College is bound to refund the security amount deposited by you all the students. Firstly you should send legal notice through lawyer. If not getting any reponse ,then file a complaint before the consumer court. You may file a criminal complaint against the college as well.Better will be to approach consumer court being a student.

facts are not cleared from your information whether your college is govt. or private? first you need to know the process of refund the money and follow the process. if still administration is not following procedure write a letter to the higher authority in case of private and govt. college. if higher authorities is not properly fullfill their duties towards the students you can approach to the authorities under the college is running and college is affiliated

Get a legal notice issued.

If they refund, it's ok.

If they don't, you shall have to file a consumer complaint against the college.

Have they shared any commitment in writing about refund.

You may consult a lawyer or can send legal notice by urself
