Mr Sharma, as per your story Unitech is definately liable to pay, but instead of visiting you need to write tham demanding your dues and interest etc, take receiving of your letter or send it by regd. post , but make sure that no fraud is being committed by someone on your behalf or some co-applicant etc. If they still refuse to pay, reply satisfactory, go ahead with legal notice followed by consumer complaint. Make sure that in no case you should hand over the original TDR containing term and conditions etc..Regards.
