Non payment of Credit Note amount paid advance to builder

10-Mar-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)

Sir, I had booked a flat in Greater Noida (W) through Investors Clinic. Investor Clinic had issued a Credit Note of Rs.67000/- which had be paid by Investor Clinic after payment of 60% amount to the builder. I have already paid 66% amount to the builder. But after several reminders Investor Clinic is not paying me the Credit Note amount. They are saying that builder has not paid them their brokerage. Pls advise Sir.

Dear Owner as i can understand its a case of credit note settlement and IC guys are telling you that as they have not received the brokerage from the builder hence are not settling the amount, kindly raise the issue to the Business marketing head of the ICs as they will do the needful once pressurized and mark a copy of the same to the nodal consumer forum department or file an online consumer complaint against the ICs as these guys are very smart in fooling the customer. consult a lawyer if you are finding difficult to the same

Dear Sir,
It is suggested to send a legal notice to the necessary parties, if the credit note is not honored. As this is a case of unfair trade practice.

Please feel free to contact the undersigned.
