No work done by builder from last 2 year what are my rights

i booked a 2 bhk flat in BLISS INFRATECH duhai IN DEC 2012. TILL NOW NO WORK DONE BY BUILDER.
Dear Sir,
Your builder-buyer agreement or the application form must be having a date for possible handover of the flat. If that date has come or passed only then you have the option of making a claim against the builder either through Consumer Court or through arbitration (as per the terms of builder-buyer agreement). But before you initiate any action it is necessary that you send out a legal notice to the builder for hand over of property/flat.

U may give a prior Legal Notice to the builder for redressal of your grievances before going for any legal remedy. and thereafter u can file consumer case before District Forum or State Commission as the case may be for compensation, damages, interest, costs etc.
