No time limit mentioned in the contract for refund what can be done

Concerns refund from real estate company.This company in question has "no time limit" refund policy that is no time frame mentioned within which refund shall be done from the date when investor has made request for the same.In such case what should be done to get earliest refund.Because of no time frame mentioned in booking form refund can be easily delayed to any time period.
But what is "reasonable" shall depend upon fact and circumstances of each case.
You have not disclosed why are you seeking refund? What are the conditions under which refunds can be made under the refund policy.
After looking into these facts, a legal notice can be sent to the company to expedite the refund process.
