No response from airline company. whom to send legal notice

I have booked my ticket through makemytrip, but my flight was preponed & same was not informed to us... No proper response has been received when complained to makemytrip & spice airlines. Now To whom should i send legal notice , to makemy trip or spicejet . also suggest some key points to be covered while drafting the same.

We sugget you should send a legal notice thereby asking them to refund the charges.

You can adderess the legal notice to the companies registered adderess.

If they fail, then you file a consumer complaint in consumer forum thereby claiming damages.
