No possession of flat builder not paying the return on investment

I booked studio apartment in Earth titanium project and paid ufront amount. The condition was they will pay me committed return on my investment till the time of possession however since Sep'15 they have not paid the cheques and in Jna'15 they sent me email saying that due to market condition they cannot pay committed return on the property and offered me 15% discount, which I promptly rejected and demanded that they should pay me the committed return cheques till possession. They are also not refunding me money and pushing me to take deal. What do I do to get me money back from builder

You should be file a consumer complaints in consumer Court against the builder necessary. Builder can't take market loss benefits. You should be read your builders and buyers agreement.

Dear sir,
What I can gather is you want the promised amount or u want the refund of the amount paid till date and cancelled the booking.
In this case you will be required to send them a legal notice describing unfair trade practice.

Dear owner i can understand you are facing problem with the real estate property it might not only you who has been facing the problem but builder too must be facing some problems first of all you may approach Earth titanium team or there customer help and try to solve your problem with them inform them that you are not willing to take there deal. Even then if you are not satisfied and builder is forcing you to take up the deal you can file a complain with the online consumer forum or approach a consumer forum bench for resolution of your issue along with the copy of the complain which you have made to the builder. And as for the delayed possession according to the National Commissions ruling, the consumer has right to refund along with compensation when a builder delays possession beyond the agreed time. So you can also consult and hire a good advocate and file your case in the matter"
