No action taken for defect in product by company

I have purchased a micromax tablet online from snapdeal on 15oct2015, But till date i have only used this tablet for 5 to 6 days. Because of this tablet is not working properly. I have raised a complain regarding this on 25 jan 2016 but till date i didnt get any solution from micromax. Yesterday i visited micromax service centre for the same problem but they told me that there is problem with your mother board so you have to change this and they are asking me to pay 3500 and also they uses abuse word and physical asaulted and mentaly harashed me. Please show me some way
You must file a consumer complaint against micromax in the concerned District Consumer Forum. I am assuming your product must be in warranty period right now. You should be able to get a replacement of the product or a total refund of your money. You could also claim compensation for harassment, etc.

You have not stated what was the warranty period but since only three months had passed when you approached the service centre it must be within warranty. You can file a case in the consumer court. You have a good case.

You should approach Consumer court with your complaint, make manufacturer and seller party to the case, and seek damages, compensation on account of mental harassment in addition to seek money back for the amount spent by you. In case you have been physically assaulted, by service centre, you may approach local police, with the complaint regarding the same.
