No action taken against the construction company what to do
22-Feb-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have invested in one of TGS constructions Project Sweden, I have paid 11 Lakhs in January 2016. Still I have not got any land registration papers in the name of TGS . No agreement papers between TGS and Landlord. From Last October this issues started in media still no action taken by any officials even though many cases are registered against him. Now he has come with new plan with new MOU which will further lock for a period of 18 months later if we apply for refund that will be paid in 90 days. But now no hopes in his words as well. Spoke to him last Sunday but there was no link between meeting which was held on 2nd feb and and 19th feb each time new new items he comes up. No hopes n his words feeling no use in signing for new MOU. Please let me know what I can do now. We can talk if you have time. Many Thanks in Advance. Thanks & Regards Shivananjaiah T K
You can initiate a legal action against him before the consumer forum for an expeditious remedy. you can issue a notice mentioning all the events and thereafter we can file a complaint in consumer forum.. we can process all legally even if we are claiming refund we can get it through the consumer forum with interest and compensation.
