NBFC - Charging for foreclosure of personal loan how to proceed

I have taken a personal loan from a finance company registered as NBFC. Before disbursal of the said personal loan, the finance company has stated in writing(by email) that there will not be any foreclosure charge. Now, when I am going for a foreclosure of the said personal loan, the finance company is charging for foreclosure loan. Please advice available legal option I have

you may send the initial application letter with attaching the document in which it is clearly stated that there will not be any foreclosure charges. if the company officials do not respond by the this and they are not willing to remove your foreclosure charges then you file a civil suit under the court of your pecuniary jurisdiction.
