Modelling agency took money now not fulfilling commitment

we have invested money in Kiddieloft modeling and casting agency, but they have done only 1 shoot remaining 6-7 shoots are pending. According the documents if they will not shoot within a time they have to refund money but they are not doing so. we are calling every day, but they make excuses, sometimes their father xpires, sometimes someone is admitted in the hospital, every time they make excuses, sometimes they don't receive our phone..we dont have their address also. what we can do now please suggest we are normal service people.
Dear client first issue legal notice through lawyer to agency and ask refund of money. If company will not pay amount then file case for recovert of money in consumer court. U can also file separate criminal complaint for cheating. For any legal help call me

What documents have the Agency provided to you ? Are these in the nature of agreement i.e Terms and Conditons, Work Order, Invoice etc. ? Do try to find out if these documents have the name and address of the Modelling Agency. You can approach the Consumer Court for defeciency of services but you will need to find out either the Office or Residential address of the Concerned Person. Do also enquire at the studio where the shoot has taken place may be you may get some clues about the whereabouts. If you know the name you can also do a social media search such as Facebook, Linkedin or Twitter to ascertain the address of the Agency or Concerned Person.
In the last you may consider filing a Police Complaint for cheating you, I am sure you have the Contact Number of the Agency.
