Missed an important call due to fault of mobile company. Can I claim?

Vodafone has barred my calling services for few hours without my request and accepting that barring of call services has been done by customer care person wrongly. I missed a very important telecon with my prospective employer in Dubai. Question: Can I get a compensation in District forum for this case ?
yes you can file a complaint before the district consumer forum asking for compensation and deficiency of service. But you need to annex documents in support of your complaint against the company to make your case strong.
