First issue a legal notice expressing your dissatisfaction and wait for their reply. If you get untenable reply or if you don't get proper response then you can approach consumer forum for suitable legal action....

You can primarily issue a legal notice to the company and ask for a replacement stating that the car has manufacturing defect, if the Company fails to respond you may file a consumer complaint which would be the most expeditious legal remedy for you.

Dear friend,
Yes their is every remedy available in law and you can get your refund if you prove that fault is with manufacturing or in sell ,but you have to contest legally for sometime...hence better respond with and meet our lawyer in person with documents to support you well.OFC : Adv pankaj Kumar

Immediately obtain an expert opinion in writing from an engineer or mechanic. Retain all papers if you have taken your car for servicing. Approach a good lawyer near you and if the company is not ready to replace defective parts or abide by the warranty conditions, you can approach the consumer court and claim for refund and also compensation.

Sad to know that u r new car is not functioning up to the mark. If you think that there is manufacturing defect and I am sure it is within the warranty period, You issue a letter to the Renault company by Speed post and keep the proof and ask them to fix the issue, if nothing happens we can issue a Legal notice for the replacement of the car or to take the car and refund the money, if they fail to give then we can file a consumer case for deficiency of services, unfair trade practices and for mental agony.
