Lost My bike from Bangalore metro parking lot, who will be responsible

I have lost my vehicle which was parked (Pay and Park) in Bangalore metro station. Metro manager denied for any responsibility stating the tender is given to a private company and the company guy is not ready to componsate and giving no response stating to claim my insurance. Kindly advise me.
normally in a parking places they will put some terms that they are not responsible for any vehicles. if they have such terms they will set back from their responsibility. you have to intimate the insurance company furnishing them complaint and FIR and other details required. once the police failed to trace out your vehicle then you can claim amount

Sir, have u filed a complaint in the police station , u can claim insurance from the insurance company, and u can file a case against the metro parking in charge for breach of trust and neglance / careless and claim damages for the same.

It is my opinion that you can maintain a consumer case against the parties who have been given the tender. Bangalore Metro will be a party in the case. However, prior to filing a consumer complaint, notices have to go to the concerned parties.
In your own interest, I recommend that you file a police complaint and claim from insurance as a parallel process. We can send notices and await the response in the meantime, prior to filing a consumer dispute. In the event you are not aware who the tender has been given to, we may have to file an RTI Application as well.
