I have received a below mention notice - I had cancelled services of Reliance Data Card in month of May 2016, still they keep charging me till month of July 2016 . I have all email of multiple cancellation request, need help to reply to this notice and/or appear in court The Secretary, Pune Suburban District Legal Services Authority, District Court, New Building Shivaji Nagar, Pune – 411 003. Ref: - Pre-Litigation No LK/Jul17/Z 016724 of July 2017. Sub: - Proposal of Reliance Communications Ltd, for presenting your dispute with regard to outstanding billing amount of CAF No 500007123662, MDN No 9326549853, before the Lok-Adalat for determination. Sir/Madam, Apropos to the subject mentioned above, you are hereby informed that, the Applicant Reliance Communication Ltd, Pune with regard to the outstanding billing amount of Rs 2387/- has arranged an Pre-Litigation Lokadalat on Saturday dated 08/07/2017 at 11.00 am to 4 PM.
You don't need to reply that notice but you may appear before lokha adalat and keep you case. You can tell them that you are not ready for settlement and not wish to pay the said amt. the court cannot pass any order without you consent to it....still for any help contact
