Loan not closed by builder, possession delayed due to non completion

4 year back i approached for home-loan to one known loan agent. he processed my loan document for construction linked plan in one property based in noida . As there was a shortage of few money for payment to builder , Loan agent advised me to use my profile in buyback option to other builder . Other builder will book flat in my name using submitted document and take loan from bank .builder will pay EMI for the duration of 18 month then builder will return the money to bank and then they will cancel my flat booking. for this they gave me 6 % of total amount disbursed . I didn't know it was my biggest mistake to trust on loan agent . Till now builder has not close my loan account . always they give excuse within 6 month they will close the loan . I approached to bank to surrender the flat , but they are saying bank is getting EMI so they can not take flat . Please advice me what should i do ?
