Loan interest during pending hearings in court

26-Aug-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I took an education loan of rs 340000 with subsidy sceme on interest given by government. That is goverment was to pay the interest amount for loan. But i found that bank did not recieve any subsidy due to carelessness. Therefore i filed a case in court against bank branch. But now bank manager is warning us that he will take the case as longer as possible. Also he will include compound interest over subsity amount too till final hearing by court. Now may i request for stay order by court against bank, requesting that bank may not charge any interest till final hearing by court.
