Liability for online Delivery service under manufacturing warranty

i purchased a product online which i received defective even before use for single time which was covered under manufacturing warranty. they said that we will not replace it as it is covered under manufacturer warranty. let me know that why i should go to manufacturer if product is received in non usable condition. if i use it for some time than i agree to got to manufacturer. so does there claim is lawful

Dear Client,

You can check the warranty booklet along with the product. Normally they give atleast 7 days of money back guarantee. In any case, as the product was defective, you can very well sue them for damages.

Issue legal notice through Advocate and file case before consumer court if not paid.
