Legal Notice for non Payment of Tata Photon bill for last 3 months

I have been receiving a message stating a Legal Notice has raised been raised in Lok Adalat due to non payment of Rs. 1710. on every day basis. On Sept 9 i have asked for disconnection but they have blocked the data card, and after that i have getting the bills generated for it. when ever i get calls for non payment i have told them the i have applied for disconnection. but this was not happen after 3 months on 20 th Nov they have raised a disconnection and Now they are demanding to pay money for the bills generated till December.
If you have evidence in writing seeking disconnection, yo may write to the company the details and can inform them that since you have already disconnection the bills for the subsequent days in which you have not utilised the services are just unwanted and illegal. You can inform them that if they still insist on payments fo the services not utilised, it will be treated as an illegal act and you may have to initiate legal action against them as envisaged in law.
