Laptop broken while in transit of courier no insurance how to claim it

I sent a laptop via Courier and it got broken during transit. I did not buy insurance for the same. What I can do to recover the laptop cost from the company?'Laptop cost was 20K. How to get my money back?
In this case you can file a complaint in the consumer forum and also you can file a civil suit for the recovery of money under the provisions of order 32 of the Civil Procedure code. You can hire a good lawyer and go through the terms of the agreement.
