Judge biased can we shift our case to different court

09-May-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
How we can shift the case to different court as from day one not happy with the behaviour of judge. Looks like he is discriminating against us. Though not many hearing /sessions have been held as of now but surely he is against us if not with the opposite party.

You will have to elaborate a bit. What makes you say that the judge is biased? Any order etc passed against you? You can try filing a transfer application before state commission if matter is pending before district consumer forum, to get the matter transferred. But chances of state commission entertaining an application is bleak

Hi, for this purpose an application is filed in the same court where case is going on. You are required to consult your advocate in this regard. Everything is not possible to guide by this medium and hence you are required to meet in person.
