Hi, please go through the advertisement once again and if the they have not asked AICTE approved university in that, you may proceed against IRDA for getting your enrollment confirmed. From your query it is not possible to know the complete facts of the case and in this situation it is difficult to clarify and advise you correctly. You are suggested to provide the complete facts.
Thanks and regards

One will have to see the IRDA qualifications, prospectus etc. And then one will have to check actual accreditation status of your university wrt AICTE, UGC. If your version is correct, then you will have to invoke your legal remedies which could also include filing writ petition before the competent high court.

Firstly, I need to go through your documents to properly advice, however, if there is no remedy available, then a Writ Petition can be filed before the High Court. The Hon'ble High Court will entertain the matter if it thinks that your grievance is well founded and there is no remedy available in any other court.
