Invested in company now company not refunding money

Dear Sir, Please find my case History :, I have done partnership with Starworld shopping network , Indore ( SWSN) company in July 2016.I have invested Rs 25000 ( refundable amount in this business of order supplier . upto date I have delivered only one order of rs 2000 . I am in loss as they said 3-5 orders per day . I am now asking for my refund they are not responding . I send many emails , calls , whats ap to these people . but no positive response . I am mentally tired , please suggest what to do and take action against this company , I have all docs .

If you have entered into a partnership you will have to proceed against your partners as per the Indian Partnership Act 1932, you cannot file a consumer complaint for the same.
