insurance company terminated my policy.

My Life Insurance Company had terminated my insurance on the pretext of non payment of half yearly premium. When enquired with them, they reinstated it after realizing that I had made timely payment but cite false wrong reasons for termination. My family was exposed to big risk during the period of policy termination as they would not have benefited from the insurance if I had died during that period. It was complete negligence on behalf of insurance company. I have many a times requested them to dispatch premium paid certificate over email and at my residential address but they do not send.
