Institute not issuing my certificate can I take action against them

Hi sir , I was an Ex-Student of NIIT technologies , I have completed my course Successfully and I am eagerly waiting for my certificate, from past 1 year . I have a proof , which is provided by the institute itself , on the letter pad stating that I have successfully completed my course and waiting for the certificate . As they are not providing me with the certificate , from Past one year and they are delaying it . do let me know how can I move Forward Legally for getting my certificate . Thank you
You should write a formal email asking the for the certificate. If the institute fails to provide you the certificate you can file a suit for declaration in the court.
