Immigration consultant denied to refund the processing fees

I visited Visa and Permits- immigration consultancy n February'16 to check for my eligibility to migrate to Singapore, they explained in detail about the complete process & recommended Canada PR for my profile. Same day they made me to sign the contract & paid 50% processing fees of Rs. 83,562.00.Actual application process will start only after I submit WES certificate & desired IELTS band. due to some personal & unavoidable reason I requested to cancel my application & refund the fees deducting the cancellation charges but they denied.Agreement is drafted in such a way that its in their favor
Hmm that s the smartness of lawyer working for the immigration company , any way what is advisable is tht if you want to get your refund then you have to fight case either I'm consumer forum or a proper suit ,so you have to make yourself for this....
