If a builder violates any norms can I file a case against him

I just want to know that is agreement made on a letter head having legal value if builder will violating any norms can i file case against him and all the payments will be made in cash to the builder, so i need to know that is an agreement signed on letter head of a company valid or not. company is properitorship company

It is a valid documents some how if it would have registered than it more valid but some how it's language to be seen before legally seeking remedy . what are the terms & conditions me in it whether there are valid or not .all things to seen then only legs remedy may adviced for brief you may call

Yes the agreement is enforceable choose a consumer fora according to your claim, you may move consumer forum on deficiency in service as the builder breach terms.therefore claim the money invested and compensation.

Yes, u can file a claim against the builder if he doesn't working as per the terms and conditions of the agreement. I would suggest you to kindly file a consumer case against the builder that he is violating the terms of the agreement & file a consumer case as per where the cause of action arose.
