I invested in a fraud real estate company what to do now

I invest in a real estate but the company is fraud, the scam case is under CID, what should be my next step.
Sir You file a complaint first and also file a consumer case for claiming damages.
I hope it is the builder who had taken the money from you with assurance to give a flat .
Here you can file both case either by civil or criminal case at a time. Till now i had filed nearly 10 cases in the same aspects who are cheated by builders.

The best would be if you can immediately file your case and that way your rights will be protected.
Later you can file execution case if the company is not complying the judgement. Normally if the Directors are in police custody you have to file the execution case later to recover the money.
