I bought defected product by mistake now company not exchanging

I have purchased a jacket in monte carlo show room on7/02/17 in sale offer .Next day i wear jacket,during working hour i have seen that stiching is open.I have claimed but showroom owner and customer care staff refuse to do anything including stiching again.He told that during sales offer we cannot exchange , cannot return and no guarantee of the product.so what i can do ?

Try to contact an advocate in minimum charges for a sErving a legal notice to the company through the showroom itself plus a sale offer does not decline your rights of having a good product. Its nowhere a contract for a sale offer, price is there, you go n shop but being a defective piece is all together a different issue.
