How to take action against snapdeal

Purchase a Dell laptop from Snapdeal. the product received was not as per ordered specification and accordingly refund request was made to snapdeal. The snapdeal asked for the images the product and after some days picked up the product. However the same has now been returned back without any explanation. The email message say that the product failed their quality check and being returned. The product received back is not as per specification (1 TB Hard disk is not available in the laptop) and now charging point is also damaged. No response is being received to emails to customer care. Please advise what action can be taken against snapdeal.
