How to sue distributors not expired goods

Sir im runing a medical shop , but in 1yrs horlicks distributors is changed, new distributors has nt claming expiry goods pls help and give legal suggestion sir
First the contract has to be verified. If the contract has damages clause, it should be claimed before embarking on legal recourse. If no such contract exists, then it is construed as unfair trade practice.
