How to speed up my case in consumer court

Scheme of July 2008 promised house in july 2011. Lease deed done in july 2013 after full payment but physical possession not given.case filed in march 2015. .Authority now demanding more money citing Allahabad high court decision. Case filed in SCDRC Lucknow CC/68/2015. Authority lawyers uses all trick to delay filing reply . Despite case not Barred by 24A OF CPA..says its barred...and wants its decision first.till now authority has not handed over offer of possession to us. Guide us how to speed up case as already 15 months passed but no reply of authority
Dear customer as told by you the lease deed was done in July 2013 and case was filed in march 2015 then your case is not at all barred by Limitation period as the case has to be filed within two years from the date on which the cause of action has arisen. And regarding you problem that the authority advocate is deliberately delaying your case you can file an appeal in National Consumer Disputes Readdressal Commission. As there is no other way to speed up the process as these proceeding does takes time.
