How to sell my bike which was stolen once

My bike got stolen last year and I lodged FIR for that. Police searched my bike and recovered in 2 months. The court has closed that case. Now can I transfer my bike to someone else as I want to upgrade to car. Thanks in advance
Yes, as the court already has closed that case. Now can you can transfer your bike to someone else as you want to upgrade to car. there is no restriction for you in selling the bike as your the owner of it.
